Client Account Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Send welcoming email to your clients and provide them with all relevant documentation, relevant information, and resources.
  • Supervising the completion of documentation and assisting clients with the completion of paperwork to ensure delivery of a complete file to the processing department in Amman
  • Verifying the authenticity, validity, and completion of paperwork and supporting documents and being able to identify mistakes or missing documentation before sending it to the processing department in Amman
  • Scanning all documents to keep a backup record
  • Submitting documents on behalf of clients in one email to the processing department in Amman to avoid confusion and delay
  • Submitting all documents on behalf of clients via DHL to the processing department in Amman to avoid confusion and delay.
  • Responsible for receiving clients’ passports via DHL from Amman office and responsible for signing a clearance document upon receipt
  • Regular follow up with the clients is required to gather all needed documents in time.
  • Coordinator is responsible to collect clients’ signatures on all necessary documents

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in client application quality assurance or related roles is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • previous experience in customer relations or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Computer systems
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer relation experience.
