Roles and Responsibilities
- Send welcoming email to your clients and provide them with all relevant documentation, relevant information, and resources.
- Supervising the completion of documentation and assisting clients with the completion of paperwork to ensure delivery of a complete file to the processing department in Amman
- Verifying the authenticity, validity, and completion of paperwork and supporting documents and being able to identify mistakes or missing documentation before sending it to the processing department in Amman
- Scanning all documents to keep a backup record
- Submitting documents on behalf of clients in one email to the processing department in Amman to avoid confusion and delay
- Submitting all documents on behalf of clients via DHL to the processing department in Amman to avoid confusion and delay.
- Responsible for receiving clients’ passports via DHL from Amman office and responsible for signing a clearance document upon receipt
- Regular follow up with the clients is required to gather all needed documents in time.
- Coordinator is responsible to collect clients’ signatures on all necessary documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in client application quality assurance or related roles is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- previous experience in customer relations or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Computer systems
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer relation experience.
