• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term production plans
• Allocate production slots based on resource availability (teams, tables, machines)
• Prioritize work orders based on deadlines, complexity, and capacity
• Monitor production progress and keep stakeholders updated
• Adjust plans in response to delays, urgent orders, or material constraints
• Coordinate with engineering, QC, and material planning to ensure readiness
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management• 1–3 years of experience in a planning or production-related role• Background in electrical manufacturing or panel building• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems• Strong organizational and coordination skills• Understanding of production capacity and bottlenecks• Familiarity with ABB or Schneider systems• Effective communication with cross-functional teams
