The incumbent is responsible for conducting the following tasks:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Experience in Certification ISO 17020\17065 -9001 (Is a must)
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- To plan and organize market research.
- Establish proper sales policy based on the market research.
- Arrange training of the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Manage and organize events related to company business interests.
- Committed to the policies of the company related to client interaction.
- Prevent influence of any kind of bribery by client to any sales personnel.
