- Create and publish Job Ads on various recruitment portals.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes, contact details and reference checks.
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Assist the HRBP in the following:
- Reference Checks, Job offering, Issuing Contracts.
- Onboarding process for New Hires.
- Send Regret Emails for Candidates.
- Create and publish Surveys on Survey Monkey.
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare all required arrangements for Employment Fairs and recruitment events.
- Meeting and welcoming all teaching body in School for two weeks at the beginning of the Academic Yea
3+ years of experience as Human Capital Specialist or similar role.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field.Fluency in English is a must.
