Guest Service Associate

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
Provide information and recommendations to guests regarding dining options, transportation, and entertainment.
Assist guests with luggage handling and storage as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including arranging seating and replenishing amenities.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
Assist in coordinating special requests or arrangements for guests, such as room upgrades or special occasions.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in guest services or front desk operations, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
