• Expertise in environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), E&S constraints screening, E&S due diligence, audits, compliance reporting, IFC Performance Standards and World Bank EHS Guidelines.

• Strong project management skills including budgeting, resource allocation, and operations management.

• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to explore new areas of expertise.

• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality outputs.

• Skilled in simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably western educated) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience with leading international environmental consulting firms.

• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).

• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and legislation.
