المهندس المعني بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة مسؤول عن تنفيذ ومراقبة السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والتأكد من الامتثال للوائح والمتطلبات المشروع، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش وتقييم المخاطر، وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة عبر المشروع.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
تنفيذ ومراقبة خطة HSE وفقاً للمعايير المحلية والدولية.
إجراء التفتيشات اليومية في الموقع وتسجيل النتائج.
فرض الامتثال لبروتوكولات السلامة لرفع الحديد، والتشييد، والأماكن المحصورة.
قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث والإبلاغ عن الأسباب الجذرية مع إجراءات تصحيحية.
الحفاظ على وثائق السلامة وسجلات الفحص والتدريبات والتمارين.
تقديم محاضرات صندوق الأدوات والتعريفات وجلسات التوعية بالسلامة.
مراجعة واعتماد وثائق HSE وبيانات المنهج الخاصة بالمقاولين.
المشاركة في تدقيقات HSE والتنسيق مع السلطات عند الحاجة.
مراقبة الامتثال البيئي والاستعداد للاستجابة للطوارئ.
تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والمسؤولية في الموقع بشكل استباقي.
أداء الواجبات الأخرى حسب ما يحدده مدير الخط أو المشرف.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
درجة أو دبلوم في الهندسة أو مجال مرتبط بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
خبرة 10+ سنوات في HSE في مشاريع البنية التحتية والهياكل الحديدية.
شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو ما يعادلها إلزامية.

Job description
The HSE engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements, conducting inspections and risk assessments, and promoting a safe working environment across the project.
Key responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the HSE plan in accordance with local and international standards.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and record findings.
Enforce compliance with safety protocols for steel erection, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
Lead incident investigations and report root causes with corrective actions.
Maintain safety documentation and logs for inspections, drills, and trainings.
Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness sessions.
Review and approve contractors’ HSE documentation and method statements.
Participate in HSE audits and liaise with authorities when required.
Monitor environmental compliance and emergency response readiness.
Proactively promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
Qualifications and experience:
Degree or diploma in engineering or HSE-related field.
10+ years of HSE experience in infrastructure and steel structure projects.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent mandatory.
