- خبرة مثبتة في ضمان جودة المنتجات ضمن صناعة الدواجن.
- خبرة إلزامية في العمل في إنتاج الدواجن، أو الحاضنات، أو عمليات الدواجن المتكاملة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب البيطري، علوم الحيوان، علوم الدواجن، الزراعة، علوم الأغذية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- قدرات تحليلية وتقريرية قوية.
- مهارات تنظيم وتوثيق ممتازة.
- مهارات اتصال وتقديم قوية، مع القدرة على الإبلاغ عن النتائج للقيادة التنفيذية.
We are seeking an experienced Product Quality Assurance & Hatching Manager to oversee product quality assurance and hatchery quality operations within a leading poultry organization. The role will be responsible for establishing and monitoring quality standards, auditing operational functions across the organization, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and reporting audit findings and recommendations to the management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the poultry industry and a strong background in quality assurance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in product quality assurance within the poultry industry.
- Mandatory experience working in poultry production, hatcheries, or integrated poultry operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report findings to executive leadership.
