Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor daily production schedules and quality targets. Supervise cutting, assembly, and finishing operations. Improve productivity and reduce downtime. Ensure machinery maintenance and workplace safety compliance. Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in woodworking or pallet manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of production planning, ISO 9001, and inventory control
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Experience in automated pallet production lines is an advantage
- 4-5 years of experience in woodworking or pallet manufacturing preferred
