Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
  • Maintain maintenance schedules and records using CMMS.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
  • Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
