Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Principal Consultant – Finance to lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, AGIS, RMCS, and Lease Management, with strong domain knowledge in finance and accounting processes. This role will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions that align with business goals and drive operational excellence.

Key Expertise Required: • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations & support • At least 2 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials • Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge Modules: • Core: GL, AP, AR, CM • Advanced: AGIS, RMCS, Lease Management, Fusion Risk Management Cloud Service Key Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for Oracle Fusion Financials • Conduct requirements gathering, CRP workshops, solution design, configuration, and deployment • Provide expert-level functional guidance and apply Oracle best practices • Configure and customize Fusion applications to meet complex business needs • Integrate Fusion with external systems (REST APIs, SOAP) • Support quarterly release updates and new feature rollouts • Collaborate with technical teams for development, troubleshooting, and enhancements • Manage UAT, training sessions, and post go-live support Soft Skills & Attributes: • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of global teams • Agile mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs Ideal Candidate: • Senior-level Oracle Fusion Financials consultant • Strong functional lead experience with solid domain expertise • Willing to work onsite in Oman
