Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance works.
- Oversee air conditioning systems, fire systems, elevators, home electricity, alarm systems, and intercom.
- Supervise plumbing works (sewage, clean water, cleaning and inspection of water tanks, installation and maintenance of bathrooms and accessories).
- Supervise painting, whitewashing, kitchen maintenance, and filter systems.
- Handle lighting and household electrical works.
- Strong knowledge of household electrical appliances troubleshooting and coordinating with specialized technicians for quick repairs.
- Manage and lead a full maintenance team while coordinating with property owners to understand work details.
- Ensure effective communication with management and property owners, with professional and polite interaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance works.
- Strong leadership and task management skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and follow up on maintenance schedules.
