Business Analyst (IT Domain) required in Oman
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in information technology, Computer science or Business Administrations
Certification in Business Analysis is Plus
Min 5 years of experience
Experience in:
Information Technology (Automation of Business Processes)
Digital Transformation (eGovernment Systems / Platforms / Integration)
Business Process / Government Services
Business Process SLA / KPI
Experience in working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Language: Must be English & Arabic written and spoken.

Communication with various stakeholders (internal teams and client team)

Problem Solving
Working with other team members and supervising junior team members
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews with client users and collect required information.
Analysis of the existing As-Is business processes adopted by the client.
As-Is Business process mapping and documentation.
Review of the current systems used in the business processes.
Identify process gaps between the As-Is and To-Be processes and areas of Improvements.
Design and documentation of To-Be business processes.
Designing of RACI matrix.
Designing To-Be business process SLA and KPI.
Residency:
-Candidate must be resident in Sultanate of Oman
