Job Description



ESBAAR is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with proven track record working in the Oil & Gas industry. ESBAAR offers innovative Drone and AI solutions to the Oil & Gas sector in Oman and GCC markets.

Responsibilities:



· Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company’s products or services to customers.
· Preparing technical and commercial proposal for tenders and RFQs.
· Collaborating with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
· Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, and completing sales.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development.
· Research and analyze client requirements and work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products/services to the market.
· Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
· Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to Drones and AI Solutions in the Oil & Gas sector.
· Engage in client meetings and presentations to articulate technical solutions and address inquiries.
· Develop sales strategies for key vertical market segments.
· Deliver company presentations and speeches in industry forums, conferences, and related events.

Requirements



Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science fields.
· Minimum of 3 years as Sales Engineer or related position.
· Proven track record of working in the Oil & Gas sector.
· Previous experience in the drilling sector is a big plus.
· Fluent in both Arabic & English.
· Must have public speaking skills
