Role Purpose:
Managing and maintaining the HR System and its functions, processes. Ensure integrity of employee related information in the system. Support Implementation of HR related systems, HR Policy changes in the system. Support processing of HR Transactions, payroll and payments. Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the smooth functionality of system.

- Qualification: Bachelors
- Experience: 6 Years of experience
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure to enter all employee’s related changes which affect the benefits and payments in the ERP system.
- Validating employee’s documents process related attachment documents and dependent information.
- Enter and validate the payroll related input data for various employee benefits such as standard allowances, travel allowance, other adhoc allowance and payments.
- Propose enhancement, automation based on the working process, manual intervention, consumption of resources etc.
- Work closely with other stake holders such HR Team, ERP team, and other related systems team such as Finance, Supply Chain, Treasury, Inventory teams etc. to ensure smooth running system process such as payroll and related post payroll process such as GL transfer, Payment Transfer etc on time.
- Support and validate bulk uploaded and processed data and its changes.
- Reconciliation of HR rated data, payroll transactions, payroll finance postings, Pension related transactions etc.
- Support auditing of Payroll process and processed data.
- Participate HR process analysis, Business requirement discussion, Solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) etc.
- Regularly update and interaction with supervisor on the status of tasks
- Support preparation of reporting tos the management, TRA and other adhoc requirements.
