Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recreation Expert at W Muscat. The Recreation Expert will be responsible for executing recreational activities, both outdoor (at pool) and indoor (at gym), conducting team building activities for guests, and overseeing the pool operation in general by effectively communicating with guests and team members on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Recreation, Outdoor Recreation, and animator skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in planning and coordinating recreational activities both indoor and outdoor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Certification in relevant recreation programs or fitness activities is a must
- Flexible with work timings
- Prior hotel experience is a must
- Ability to speak and understand in English is a must; additional knowledge of Arabic is a plus, European language proficiency is a plus
