Manager - Third Party Risk Management

Job Purpose:

Ensure effective Third-Party Risk Assessments, Contracts, Quality assurance and reviewing Policies and Procedures.


Key Tasks and Duties:

Third Party Risk Management and Policies and Procedures Responsibilities


  • Conduct third party risk assessments in alignment with NBO policies and frameworks.
  • Perform on site assessments of vendors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide input and develop policies & frameworks focused on the third-party and business processes.
  • Develop and maintain supplier risk and control monitoring plans, performing monitor activities and analysis of evidence to determine controls are operating effectively.
  • Complete monitor and control tasks triggered by supplier Tier and Third-Party Interaction.
  • Responsible for proper contract review and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and ensure successful delivery against third party contractual obligations.
  • Assist in development of, and monitor, SLA's or key performance indicators for third party relationships.
  • Periodic review of Policies, Procedures and manuals of the Bank.
  • Periodic follow-ups need to be taken for process/policies are renewed.
  • Any revision in policy should be reflected in each process.
  • Develop, implement and embed key process areas to ensure people, approvals, key controls are available.
  • Policies and Procedures should have ability to look into details of each process and map it to policy. Working Environment.


Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.


Experience:


  • Minimum 8 years of experience developing and maintaining vendor risk management programs.
  • Solid understanding of information technology and security solutions.
  • Monitor and ensure successful delivery against third party contractual obligations.
  • Assist in development of, and monitor, SLA's or key performance indicators for third party relationships.
  • Ability to use various process management tools such as Microsoft office, automated tools.
  • Experience in Banking operations and controls.
  • Experience in reviewing Third Party Risk Assessments and contracts.
