1. Develop, deploy, and analyze Power BI reports and dashboards, offering comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against budgets, historical data, including passenger, inventory and operational metrics to aid in strategic decision-making.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics, KPIs, and deliver actionable insights & dashboard to relevant decision-makers.
3. Understand business data reporting needs, ensuring modifications and enhancements are aligned with operational objectives.
4. Analyze data to answer key questions with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
5. Liaise with end-users to gather feedback on BI dashboards and refine them for evolving business needs.
6. Troubleshoot Power BI reporting issues by working with IT technical teams to promptly resolve issues.
7. Keep abreast of latest business intelligence and data analysis trends, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant rules and regulations.
8. Provide training to relevant users/stakeholders on relevant tools and technologies within own scope of work.
9. Familiar or prone to adopt design thinking methods.
10. Able to operate under pressure and change, and balance among speed, reliability, interpretability.
11. Experience with code versioning, code review and documentation.
12. Applicants with experience using Cloud platforms are highly favored.

1. Bachelor's degree in a Business, IT, Mathematics, Science or Engineering discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience.
2. OR two years college diploma in a Business, IT, Mathematics, Science or Engineering with 6 years of relevant work experience.

OR Specialized certificate/ license in the related field with aviation experience & Secondary school certificate and having 10 years of relevant work experience (For internal candidates only).

Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic (preferred).

Proven knowledge and expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, M-Query and other reporting & visualization tools.

Professional understanding of the overall data function is essential.

Aviation, transportation or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
