Objective:

The role includes leading the cyber security operations and activating/onboarding key clients, managing security service renewals and terminations, ensuring customer satisfaction, organizing tasks within the security department, acting as a focal point of contact with ODP clients and internal teams, and responding to tickets within the defined SLA for each service.

In addition, the leadership role will be to provide the vision and leadership necessary to manage the operation team. It will ensure business alignment, effective governance, system and product availability, integrity, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and propose improvements to enhance the company's overall security posture.
• Collaborate with senior management to define the company's cyber security strategy, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships for security products and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance security operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with partners and clients.
• Lead, manage, and activate security services.
• Handle and manage technical escalations from internal or external parties.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with Managed Security Services.
• Oversee successful handling of operational tickets related to ODP’s managed security services.
• Communicate and facilitate cybersecurity projects with internal teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.
• Document and assist the team in maintaining accurate records of all security service activations.
• Engage in new security product implementation or POC sessions related to CSP.
• Adhere and ensure to Company and customer SLA requirements and ensure that it's addressed and responded to on time before the SLA is breached.
• Lead and manage a team of cyber security operators.
• Provide mentorship for the team.
• Performance monitoring, and KPI measurement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring workload balance and efficient project execution.

Job Requirments:

• A bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Computer Science, or a similar IT field.
• IT or Security Certificates like (CISM, CISSP, and PMP) are preferred.
• At least 6+ years of experience in IT or security operations.
• MSSP experience is preferred.
