Purpose, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.
- Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
- Providing customers with quotations
- Gathering market and customer information
- Providing feedback on future buying trends
- Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Recording sales and order information
- Compliance with all the company policies and procedures.
- Attend to any other assignments given by the manager within the scope of the company’s activities.
Qualifications / Certifications
- Diploma or Degree with IT major
- Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS / Azure
