ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior CRM Application Specialist’s primary role is to transform business functional requirements into technical solutions and will also guide business and IT stakeholders in strategic planning to realize impactful business outcomes leveraging information technology and fit and comply with Enterprise Architecture standards. The candidate is also expected to perform analysis, design, development, and implementation of process and technology within the Salesforce suite of applications.

ROLE PROFILE

• To lead Salesforce Projects & Operations by preparing the Product strategy, which is aligned to the business and technology requirements.
• Be responsible for creating & delivering in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, VisualForce, Lighting components (LWC) and J2EE technologies.
• Be responsible for the application design, development and support of Salesforce related projects.
• Identify and recommend Salesforce.com based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.
• Participate in or to drive deep architectural discussions to build trust and rapport with Business users during implementation stage.
• Using UML diagrams, design documentation, and best practices, you'll oversee the detailed design of Salesforce projects from inception to production support, ensuring a comprehensive approach throughout the lifecycle.
• Must showcase progressive leadership in the full software development lifecycle by managing onsite and offshore technical teams, offering technical guidance, and ensuring that project and operational delivery aligns with business expectations.
• Be a trusted technical advisor to Business users and project team members to solve complex technical challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and implementing large scale distributed applications, at least 2 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Real Estate domain knowledge is added advantage.
• Solid experience working with clients across cloud transformation projects with focus on at least 2 of the Salesforce.com major platforms (Sales / Service / Community Cloud / Marketing Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies: storing, cleansing, and security.
• Salesforce Solution Architect Certification is highly desired.
