Job Description

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Customer Service: Please address guest questions and concerns promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
  • Reservations Management: Assist guests with booking and confirming reservations and making any necessary changes to existing reservations.
  • Billing and Payments: Manage guest accounts, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Prepare and distribute guest feedback and service reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met and the hotel runs smoothly.
  • Promotion of Services: Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and promotions to enhance their stay and encourage utilization of on-site facilities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
