Restaurant kitchen staff Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with the management or chief of the kitchen to receive stock item and products and properly store food according to its classification; cold storage and storerooms. Transfer food supplies to the kitchen as needed.
- Upon arrival to the restaurant directly organize kitchen and do food preparation to streamline cooking and food production system according Mahshi Taste standard SOP, including maintaining restaurant’s cleanliness, washing, peeling vegetables, cutting meat and vegetables and portioning products.
- Checking inventory
- Cooperate and assist with the rest of the staff according to MT system operation.
- Organize the restaurant all the time.
