HR Manager is Required

Opening for an HR Manager position at a leading Retail store in Muscat.

  • The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Arabic.
  • The ability to use all Microsoft Office tools with the ability to above average for the purpose of advanced for reporting and follow-up work.
  • The ability to withstand pressure and teamwork in a fast-interacting environment to determine the most appropriate needs to achieve the company's supposed goals.
  • Experience in balancing employee morale by applying the company's internal laws.
  • It is preferable to have experience in human resources management in a company that has no less than 50 employees.
  • It is preferable to have experience in understanding the quality of existing business in the company and the speed in learning the type of work that exists to control all the details of human resources and understand the business needs from job sites
  • Experience in evaluating employees according to their position in the company and forecasting the company's needs for adjustments and additions in the workforce.
  • Experience in evaluating, discussing, and catching the workforce internationally which serves the company with high productivity.
  • Accurate knowledge of all procedures of government agencies related to human resources management in the Sultanate of Oman. (Workforce, Royal Oman Police, Immigration and Passports, Sindh offices, etc.)
  • Experience in using ERP systems for the Human Resources department.
