Real Estate Agent responsibilities

• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from d calling to attending industry events
• Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations
• Organize and oversee events
• Advise clients about mortgage s and possibilities
• Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
• Excellent communication with quarter

Real Estate Agent skills

• Knowledge about the luxury real estate market in Spain and general information about Spain
• Real estate license preferred but not a must
• Interest in residential and luxury real estate a must
• Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people find their dream homes or/and investments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and local language
• High comfort level with public speaking
• Any other language is an advantage
