Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and commercial dispute matters.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, legal opinions, correspondence, and settlement documents.
- Develop case strategy and advise clients on risk, process, and outcomes.
- Review evidence and coordinate with experts, counsel, and authorities.
- Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations where required.
- Supervise junior lawyers and support team development.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with strong dispute resolution experience.
- Experience in Omani litigation, arbitration, or GCC disputes preferred.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active matters.
- Arabic and English capability would be highly advantageous.
