Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gear Hobbing Machine Operator located in Muscat. The Gear Hobbing Machine Operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of gear hobbing machinery to manufacture high-quality parts and components. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines, monitoring production processes for accuracy, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
Proficient in Machine Operation, including gear hobbing processes and familiarity with various machinery. Skilled in Quality Control techniques to ensure production accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Proficiency in using Hand Tools for machine maintenance and adjustments. Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Technical understanding of machinery and mechanical systems. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines.
