📢 Hiring: Senior Odoo Functional Consultant – Onsite (Muscat, Oman)
We are hiring a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant with at least 5+ years of Odoo implementation experience, capable of leading complete Odoo projects independently from initiation to go-live.
The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management, and solution ownership.
Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Odoo Functional Consulting experience• Must have successfully implemented at least 10 Odoo implementations on latest Odoo versions• Odoo v19 experience is highly preferred• Strong expertise in Odoo Accounting / Finance (Accounting Specialist preferred)• Ability to independently handle full-cycle implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, training, and go-live• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Accounting, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, POS, etc.• Lead client workshops and prepare BRD, FSD, test cases, and user manuals• Act as the project lead, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration• Ensure adherence to Odoo best practices and high-quality solution delivery
Required Skills
• Strong functional expertise in Odoo v15–v19• Deep understanding of Accounting, Finance, and end-to-end business processes• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
• Experience working with multiple Odoo partners. • Exposure to complex or multi-company implementations• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts to coordinate effectively with developers.
