This role combines business development, marketing, and hands-on ERP implementation for schools in Oman. You will work directly with educational institutions to promote, deploy, and support our school-focused ERP solutions, with occasional visits to schools across Oman as needed. Key Responsibilities· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.· Conduct market research and promote ERP solutions to schools.· Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and decision-makers.· Present and demonstrate ERP features to potential clients.· Configure and customize key ERP modules to meet school needs.· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system setup.· Provide on-site user training and support.· Troubleshoot issues and maintain clear documentation.· Stay updated on ERP and education technology trends. Requirements· A valid driving license and your own car (mandatory, as the role may require visiting schools across Oman).· Bachelor’s degree.· Understanding of school workflows is an advantage.· Ability to configure and customize ERP systems.· Strong communication and problem-solving skills. تطوير الأعمال – قطاع التعليم (استشاري نظم) يجمع هذا الدور بين تطوير الأعمال، والتسويق، وتنفيذ نظام الـبرامج المتكامله المخصص للمدارس في سلطنة عُمان. ستعمل بشكل مباشر مع المؤسسات التعليمية للترويج للنظام، وتنفيذه، وتقديم الدعم اللازم، مع إمكانية زيارة المدارس في مختلف مدن عُمان عند الحاجة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسيةتحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة داخل قطاع التعليم.إجراء أبحاث السوق والترويج لحلول البرامج المتكامله الخاصة بالمدارس.بناء علاقات قوية مع صُنّاع القرار في المدارس مثل المديرين والمشرفين.تقديم عروض توضيحية لميزات النظام وفوائده للعملاء المحتملين.تهيئة وتخصيص وحدات النظام وفقاً لاحتياجات المدرسة.التعاون مع الفرق الفنية لضمان تنفيذ سلس للنظام.تقديم تدريب ميداني للمستخدمين ودعمهم في استخدام النظام.حل المشكلات التي قد تظهر أثناء التنفيذ.إعداد وتحديث الوثائق الفنية ودليل الاستخدام.متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في تقنيات البرامج المتكامله وتقنيات التعليم.
