Spanish Multinational is looking for a Site Manager

Mission:

• Accomplish the general coordination of the installation works on site.

Job Description:

• Project planning.
• Coordination of construction operations.
• Communication with other stakeholders.
• Quality and installation supervision.
• Technical support.
• Coordination with the technical team.
• Coordination and supervision of the phase of fabrication.

Work experience:

• +8-year experience in international projects.
• Retail/Industrial/Manufacturing/Workshop and logistics facilities based project experience.
• Construction supervision experience in fit out projects in such as retail, museums, or hotels with knowledge of furniture, metal, glass works, audiovisuals, lighting electricity, control systems and project legalization documents.

Qualifications:

• Architect or Engineer.

Professional skills:

• Bilingual communications skills in English. Arabic very welcome.
• Ability to coordinate contractor and sub-contractor´s conformance with contract documents including drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge with local and international specifications.
• Wide experience in multidisciplinary teams and suppliers management.
• Communication skills, leadership and teamwork.
