We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quality Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in food production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in creating and implementing checklists to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
-Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
-Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists for quality assurance purposes.
-Assist in the investigation of product non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions.
-Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and related documentation.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role within the food production industry.
-Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
-Proficiency in creating and using checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principles is a plus
