Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our trading department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales of industrial chemicals and raw materials to local factories, including those in the government sector. This role requires the ability to independently manage communication and correspondence with suppliers and customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell industrial chemicals and raw materials to local factories and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Independently manage supplier and customer correspondence, including inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Director of Sales.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.


Skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Must hold a valid Kuwaiti Driving License.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Hindi and Arabic preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as ERP systems.
  • Professional and presentable personality with excellent sales skills.
  • Sound understanding of business correspondence and documentation.
