Manages and develops the sales operations in the strategic business units and subsidiaries owned and managed by the holding company.

Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue, to convert leads into sales, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Develops a thorough understanding of the products and services they sell, are masters at relationship building, and are able to win clients, customers, and profits.

Skills

  • The sales manager prepares, consolidates, reviews and implements the sales budget within the respective channel / region while ensuring alignment with companies overarching sales strategy and distribution strategy in the area of direct sales, in accordance with the company’s principles and approach.
  • Monitor and lead the development of sales initiatives, business plan, projects, and budget in line with corporate strategy.
  • Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress & performance. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Translate and cascade SH Holding sales strategy into strategic objectives for the respective sales team in order to ensure achievement of overall strategy.
  • Liaise with the Sales and Marketing teams to agree on priorities and targets with key customers, and agree on investment levels, objectives, and priorities for specific customers.
  • Ensure agreed distribution, pricing, promotion, and merchandising targets are met, in line with company policies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new customers, business opportunities and markets to maximize the sales of the company's products. Monitors and co-ordinate the activities of SH Holding outlets and other sales networks falling under the category of direct sales.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach and specifies the sales plan as to volumes, turnovers and budgets for the given line of business.
  • Recommend existing product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential and address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Represents the company and its sales & distribution policy in relations with clients and public; and contribute to the development of competitive pricing policy for customer segments with a focus on developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Ensures that Sales Profitability Target agreed with the Company is achieved, respective Principals and Brands are achieved every month;
  • Coordinate with other departments to integrate the efforts that enhance the sales operations quality and standards.
  • Develop the sales teams’ knowledge about the provided products and services and set the workflows and procedures that control the sales teams’ activities
  • Set the sales policies and contribute to setting the pricing and discount policies to achieve sales targets.
