Recruitment Officer ( Kuwaiti Nationals)

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Post job vacancies on appropriate platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports on hiring activities.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare recruitment reports with positive closure rate.


Skills

Education, Skills & Requirements:

  • Kuwaiti Nationality (mandatory).
  • Immediate Joiner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
