- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job vacancies on appropriate platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports on hiring activities.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports with positive closure rate.

- Kuwaiti Nationality (mandatory).

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
