Project Coordinator Engineer

The Project Coordinator Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of tender coordination and project progress, from pre-tendering stages to final delivery and shipment, ensuring timely updates and full compliance with the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) requirements. This role involves managing tender documentation, project schedules, and the coordination of internal teams and external partners. The engineer will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects are completed within scope, cost, and quality parameters while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:



• Tender Coordination & Management

Oversee and manage all tender-related activities, ensuring timely submission of bids and compliance with KOC specifications and industry standards.

• Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking

Develop and maintain detailed project timelines from pre-tendering to shipping. Ensure real-time status updates on project milestones and communicate progress regularly to the project manager and KOC.

• Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between Kuwait Hydraulic, the client (KOC), and external contractors or vendors. Maintain strong communication to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of the project.

• Compliance and Quality Management

Ensure that all stages of the project comply with contractual agreements, including quality and safety standards. Support internal audits and maintain documentation for all compliance checks.

• Supplier & Vendor Management

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. Coordinate procurement activities and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.

• Cost Control & Financial Oversight

Monitor and report project costs to ensure they align with the budget and financial objectives. Assist with budget planning and cost tracking for the duration of the project.

• Reporting & Documentation

Generate regular project reports for internal teams and clients, including progress updates, risk assessments, and any changes to the project scope or timeline. Maintain accurate project documentation for reference and audit purposes.

• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Address challenges proactively to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.

• Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the development of best practices in project coordination and ensure that lessons learned are applied to future projects.
