Operations Lead - Al Halal Al Tayyib for School Nutrition

A 3-month foundational assignment paving the way for a permanent leadership role

About Us

Al Aisari Global Group is an Omani institution operating since 2006 in child development and education, with schools and branches across Muscat. One of its divisions is "Al Halal Al Tayyib":

A healthy school nutrition brand featuring characters children love. It served nearly three thousand meals daily before pausing during the pandemic, and is returning this year with a new model: we own the recipe,

the standard, and the brand, while licensed partner entities produce the meals.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a leader to take charge of operating this return from day one: ensuring a healthy meal tray bearing our brand reaches hundreds of children every morning, on time and with high quality. The foundations are ready: a brand

well-known to our school families, a nutritionally approved menu, a written operations plan, the Group's schools as our first client, and direct support from the Chairman of the Board. It is a rare

opportunity to build something growing from scratch, with its success credited to you.

What You Will Do

◂ Select partner suppliers, negotiate with them, and manage their contracts.

◂ Control meal quality and safety from supplier to the child's hands.

◂ Organize receiving and distribution with school management, and lead a small team.

◂ Track a few clear weekly metrics: count, cost, punctuality, and child/family satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

◂ At least 5 years of experience in catering, restaurant operations management, or food procurement.

◂ Practical knowledge of food safety requirements in the Sultanate of Oman.

◂ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with precision in cost analysis.

◂ Ambition to build a growing venture, with patience for the daily details that build trust.

◂ Ability to start on October 15, 2026.
