Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring for IT Infrastructure Engineer - Oman Location - Oman Role & Responsibilities- Design and implement complete IT infrastructure setup (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi). Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux). Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Group Policies. Configure and maintain firewall, VPN, and network security. Setup and manage email systems (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace). Implement data backup and disaster recovery solutions. Configure NAS/SAN storage and monitor capacity. Setup CCTV systems, NVR, and power backup coordination. Install and manage printers, scanners, and biometric systems. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. Troubleshoot hardware, network, and server issues. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC management. Ensure IT security compliance and regular patch updates. Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
