Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of civil, architectural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with project specifications
Verify materials, workmanship, and construction activities against approved standards
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records
Coordinate inspections with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Monitor site activities and identify quality-related issues or non-conformances
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure closure of quality observations
Review drawings, specifications, and method statements before inspections
Support QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project quality requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a QC Inspector in construction projects
Experience in Oman or GCC construction projects is preferred
Good knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting documentation
