KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nBusiness Transformation Initiatives\n•\tLiaise closely with MS&T leaders and Senior Management and conduct strategic studies to develop business transformation strategies and plans in line with MS&T Directorate’s consolidated transformation strategies and suitable models for each function that leverage proven practices, enable globally consistent execution and are built to scale.\n•\tStudy/ analyze, coordinate and recommends on MS&T Directorate’s transformation initiatives aimed at achieving the business excellence needed to sustain the Directorate’s as well as ADNOC’s current and future strategic objectives\n•\tDevelop and organize information in and out of the MS&T team in a timely and efficient way by highlighting priorities. Ensure effective correspondence with key external stakeholders of ADNOC Group to safeguard effective and productive relationships\n•\tDefine systems/applications requirements for the Division required for providing analysis of performance for other teams in the directorate and assess/ improve their processes and workflows.\n•\tExecute specific business improvement projects and activities to support the MS&T’s activities, initiatives, strategy and business plan. \n•\tIdentify and evaluate of business problems in all areas and liaise among business area stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.\n•\tAnalyze research findings, preparing briefing notes, summarizing papers and publications and making recommendations in order to contribute to the agreed initiatives and goals \n•\tLiaise with MS&T leadership to understand business information priorities in order to design and develop customer focused solutions - processes, systems and analytics that enable the achievement of Directorate’s strategic objectives.\n•\tIdentify opportunities for business process improvement within MS&T; recommend and build programs to address these with clear operating plans and metrics.\n•\tDevelop operational measurement capabilities and determine the means for quantifying performance and compliance of the newly adopted business processes.\n•\tCoordinate and arrange communication campaigns, awareness building and publicity tasks, training in creative and innovative problem solving skills to support the implementation of MS&T’s transformation programs.\n•\tIdentify issues, assess impact and communicate areas for improvement with identified plans.. Develop solutions which add value to the business and increase performance.\n•\tMaintain collaborative relationships across and within the organization, effectively manage cross functional teams and develop open, effective communications practices.\nSupervision\n•\tPlan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.\n•\tTrain and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.\nBudgets\n•\tProvide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.\n•\tInvestigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.\nPolicies, Systems, Processes & Procedures\n•\tImplement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.\nPerformance Management\n•\tContribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\n•\tDesign and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.\n•\tIdentify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.\nHealth, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability\n•\tComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.\nReports\n•\tProvide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.\nCOMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:\nInternal\n•\tRegular interaction with VP, Transformation & Business Support to plan and execute daily, weekly and overall priorities\n•\tRegular interaction with MS&T SVPs and VPs to define roles and responsibilities for implementation and monitoring of transformation programs \n•\tFrequent interaction with leadership across ADNOC Group BLDs to ensure alignment across the ADNOC value chain when it comes to products and key client management\n•\tFrequent interaction with Group Companies’ leadership under MS&T, namely ADNOC Distribution and ADNOC L&S to ensure alignment between MS&T Directorate plans and Group Companies’ plans\nExternal\n•\tFrequent interaction with MS&T clients and strategic partners to ensure relationship is proactively managed with regular feedback to MS&T Director\n•\tAd-hoc interaction with local and government entities to discuss any initiatives that may be of interest to ADNOC leadership.\n
