● Conduct payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely transactions and adherence to payment schedules.

● Address customer grievances promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for portfolio growth and client acquisition.

● Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients
