Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Coordinate office events as well as activities
  • Maintain security of the office
  • Arrange files and maintain office supplies
  • Receive customers as well as visitors and provide them with the required assistance
  • Make sure all necessary office supplies are available when required
  • Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Excellent typing skills required
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail
  • Should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
