Project Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones and deliverables.
Track project expenses, invoices, and budgets, and report on financial status and variances.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to address issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the project team in documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a construction, engineering, or consulting environment.
Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
