- Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
- Monthly closing of books of accounts and preparing P&L to track the profitability.
- Verification of petty cash vouchers of office, store and PRO, monthly payroll, gratuity and leave salary calculation of employees as well as cash and check payment vouchers.
- Audit trial balance of companies and rectify accounts if needed on a daily basis.
- Finalizing schedules and passing monthly entries related to fixed assets depreciation, deferred income and prepaid expenses, and other tasks as assigned.
