Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree must match teaching subject

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., QTS or equivalent)

A minimum of two years' recent teaching experience, ideally within an International Baccalaureate or other international curriculum

Passion for delivering engaging, inquiry-based learning and fostering student achievement

Commitment to creating an inclusive, student-centred classroom where every learner can thrive.

Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse international community

Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities

A positive, adaptable and reflective approach to teaching, with high expectations for student progress and wellbeing
