Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with GCC FMCG experience to manage Key Accounts and lead Modern Trade, General Trade, and Merchandising teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling major hypermarkets and supermarkets, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving sales performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Key Accounts operations.
• Lead and manage Modern Trade, General Trade, and Merchandising teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hypermarkets and Supermarkets.
• Negotiate and execute Business Development Agreements (BDA).
• Negotiate and execute Listing Agreements and Display Agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, market coverage, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Maximum age: 38 years.
• Minimum experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG sector within GCC countries.
• Experience managing Key Accounts, Modern Trade, General Trade, and Merchandising teams.
• Proven experience negotiating Business Development Agreements (BDA), Listing Agreements, and Display Agreements with Hypermarkets and Supermarkets.
• Valid Oman Driving Licence or Valid GCC Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Preferred: Oman FMCG market experience.
• Experience dealing with major Hypermarket and Supermarket chain.
