Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch retail sales operations to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize passenger vehicle sales and market share.
Drive sales performance through effective team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor sales KPIs, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and profitability metrics.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams to enhance business performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Manage inventory planning and ensure optimal stock availability.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic management reports.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
15–24 years of experience in Passenger Vehicle Retail Sales, with substantial experience in automotive dealership operations.
GCC experience is mandatory; Oman market experience will be highly preferred.
Proven leadership experience in managing branch sales operations and large sales teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets and profitability goals.
Strong understanding of automotive retail business practices, customer relationship management, and sales planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
