Roles & Responsibilities
Proficiency in SAP PM for maintenance planning and work order management.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning and scheduling activities.
Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Experience in shutdown and turnaround planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents including P&IDs, electrical drawings, loop diagrams, mechanical drawings, GA drawings, isometrics, equipment cross-sectional drawings, and related engineering documents.
Good knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, piping systems, electrical systems, instrumentation systems, control valves, analyzers, calibration, and loop checking activities, as applicable to the discipline.
Strong coordination, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and E-permit procedures.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight shutdown/turnaround schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Power, or other large industrial plants. Minimum 3 years of turnaround/shutdown planning experience is preferred.
