Roles & Responsibilities

• Proficiency in SAP PM for maintenance planning and work order management.

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning and scheduling activities.

• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

• Experience in shutdown and turnaround planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents including P&IDs, electrical drawings, loop diagrams, mechanical drawings, GA drawings, isometrics, equipment cross-sectional drawings, and related engineering documents.

• Good knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, piping systems, electrical systems, instrumentation systems, control valves, analyzers, calibration, and loop checking activities, as applicable to the discipline.

• Strong coordination, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and E-permit procedures.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight shutdown/turnaround schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Power, or other large industrial plants. Minimum 3 years of turnaround/shutdown planning experience is preferred.
