- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences, including documentation, tutorials, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent style guide and voice across all technical documentation to ensure brand consistency and readability.
- Create and manage documentation libraries, ensuring content is organized, easily searchable, and up-to-date.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in technical writing, content marketing, or a related area.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Exhibits fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
