Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts, including A-Class and B-Class outlets

  • Achieve monthly sales, volume, and distribution targets

  • Ensure effective product listing, shelf placement, and visibility in line with company standards

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category teams

  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations

  • Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and market insights

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within assigned accounts

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Modern Trade

  • Proven track record of managing key retail accounts and achieving sales targe


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities

  • Result-oriented with a proactive approach

  • Good analytical and reporting skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts


Additional Requirements

  • Valid GCC/HOME COUNTRY driving license (Mandatory)

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
