Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts, including A-Class and B-Class outlets
Achieve monthly sales, volume, and distribution targets
Ensure effective product listing, shelf placement, and visibility in line with company standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and category teams
Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
Analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and market insights
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within assigned accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Modern Trade
Proven track record of managing key retail accounts and achieving sales targe
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Result-oriented with a proactive approach
Good analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
