Experience Range: 4 – 6 Years
Location: Hosur
Work Pattern :6 Days working
Key Competencies:
Plan, develop, and monitor QA activities for new product development including DFMEA, SRS, design verification, benchmarking, SC/CC deployment, SPR process, and PPAP approval.
Provide design feedback, resolve failure modes, inspect supplier parts, and evaluate supplier processes.
Track development activities (DWM) and ensure closure of supplier readiness gaps.
Implement QA protocols to ensure product consistency, reliability, and performance.
Monitor supplier quality through audits and assessments.
Knowledge of quality tools, polymers, injection/compression moulding, extrusion, and root cause analysis
Certifications preferred: APQP, FMEA (Design/Process), SPC, PPAP, QC Story / 8D
